SKU is Invalid when installing 2nd node in SQL 2008

I was installing SQL Server 2008 on a Windows 2008 cluster the other day and I received and error: 'The current SKU is Invalid'. So I went looking for the resolution. I came across a blog post by Vittorio Pavesi that pointed me to the answer. I did not take the course of copying the install files to the local server. I was installing from a network share, so I simply moved the file DefaultSetup.ini to a new location and started the 'Add node to a SQL Server failover cluster' again and entered the key included on the DefaultSetup.ini manually. The rest of the install went without issue.

Restoring Last Full Backup: 3 days ago
DBCC Checkdb: 4 months and 9 days ago
Find locked SQL accounts on SQL 2005: 1 year ago
Find all Triggers: 1 year ago
Stored Procedure with Execute as: 1 year and 3 months ago

- SQLRockstar: how about tracking the distinct number of athletes that win medals? if one country sends ten athletes, but one athlete wins two golds and two silvers, then their score (by your scale) would be a 1.0, which is quite skewed. it would be better to only count that athlete once, not sure which medal...

Find all Triggers:
- SQLRockstar: funny, i just put together some t-sql for finding triggers as well: SELECT name, OBJECT_NAME(parent_id), is_disabled as [Parent Object] FROM sys.triggers i use sys.triggers because it includes DDL triggers, which are not in the sysobjects table.
